We are committed to hands-on community service, including outreach to individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing food, hygiene essentials, seasonal clothing, and care packages, as well as partnering with local shelters and organizations to meet immediate needs with dignity and respect. Through volunteer initiatives and service days, our members actively engage in making a visible and meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
In addition to community outreach, The Ladies In The Land Foundation is dedicated to youth development and educational empowerment. We provide grants and scholarships to little girls and young women to support academic achievement, creative pursuits, leadership programs, and personal growth opportunities. Our goal is to remove financial barriers, expose young women to new possibilities, and help them build confidence, skills, and vision for their future.
The foundation also focuses on mentorship, enrichment programs, and resource access that encourage self-worth, resilience, and long-term success. By connecting young women with role models, educational tools, and supportive networks, we aim to cultivate the next generation of confident, capable leaders.
Through intentional giving, service, and community investment, The Ladies In The Land Foundation is building a legacy of impact—one rooted in generosity, empowerment, and the belief that when women are supported, entire communities rise.

Little Misses Etiquette Foundation
The Little Misses Etiquette Foundation is a signature youth initiative under The Ladies In The Land Foundation, created to nurture confidence, character, and grace in young girls. Through age-appropriate etiquette education, leadership development, and confidence-building experiences, the program equips little girls with the social, emotional, and life skills needed to carry themselves with poise and self-worth.
As part of the LITL Foundation, Little Misses Etiquette Foundation extends our mission of service and empowerment to the next generation—providing access to mentorship, enrichment programs, and scholarships for girls who may not otherwise have these opportunities. Together, we are shaping young girls into respectful, confident, and empowered young women, rooted in dignity, discipline, and purpose.
