Meet the founder & captain
I’m Nautica Sha’ron, the founder and captain of Ladies in the Land. I created this sisterhood to bring elegant, feminine women in Cleveland and the surrounding areas together to connect, grow, and experience a softer, more intentional lifestyle. My heart is to build a community where we support each other, pour into each other, and enjoy beautiful, classy experiences as we elevate into the women we’re called to be. Yes, each member covers their own event (but not every event) costs, but being in the group gives you access to curated experiences, planning, and community support.
